How to exchange or return a product?
If you want to return the purchased item, you can use the services of "Nova Poshta" within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law).
To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that:

  1. The item has not been used and shows no signs of usage.
  2. The item is fully complete and the packaging integrity is not compromised.
  3. All tags and factory markings are preserved.
Return and exchange:
You can return the item within 14 days from the moment of receipt.
You can return/exchange items in the order or the entire order after receiving it.

For sending the goods, you can use the free "Easy Return" service of Nova Poshta
If you cannot use the "Easy Return" service, simply send the items by mail (the buyer pays for the services of Nova Poshta) Kyiv, Nova Poshta No. 128, recipient number +380500263102
The "Easy Return" service is only available in the mobile application or business account in the electronic waybill of the parcel.
To use Easy Return, you need:
  • log in to the Nova Poshta mobile app or business account.
  • open "My shipments" and select the received parcel you want to return.
  • in the "Manage parcel" section, select "Easy Return".
  • specify the reason for returning the item from the proposed list.
  • create a new electronic waybill and send the item to the recipient to the post office, branch, or address.
To clarify additional questions, please contact the Nova Poshta Contact Center with the theme "Easy Return" on the website.
Returns after receipt are made at the expense of the sender, after sending, you need to inform us of the waybill number.
For exchange processing, it is not necessary to fill out passport details and account requisites in the application, after sending the parcel, please inform us of the waybill number and the article of the products with the size for replacement.
The money is refunded within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt at the warehouse, only to Ukrainian bank cards.
